# Damper

> Damper is a product loop for software teams and their AI agents: collect customer feedback, prioritise it with weighted voting, plan it on a roadmap, let AI coding agents build it through a hosted MCP server, review their work, ship it with a changelog and watch production with status pages and error logs. Made by Studio 404 d.o.o. (Slovenia, EU).

Damper is for small and mid-sized SaaS teams who want customer demand, not guesswork, to decide what gets built, and who use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client) to do part of the work.

## What it does

- **Collect:** an embeddable feedback widget, public feedback and roadmap boards, Slack capture (turn a message into a tracked item), and backend error ingestion that groups errors into deduplicated items with optional AI triage.
- **Prioritise:** weighted voting by customer tier (for example Free ×1, Pro ×5, Enterprise ×10, set per project), so feedback from higher-value customers ranks higher. Tasks sort by votes, linked feedback and tier.
- **Build with AI agents:** a hosted MCP server (100+ tools) gives agents the project's context, routed by the files they touch. Agents pick up and lock roadmap tasks, attach review evidence (screenshots, API examples, diagrams) and hand off for human review. Agents without MCP use the HTTP API or the CLI with the same key.
- **Ship:** a changelog that notifies voters by email when their requests ship, and can post to X.
- **Operate:** hosted status pages with uptime, SSL and heartbeat monitors, incidents and maintenance windows, and alerts by email, Slack and phone call (paid plans).
- **Pages:** team documents and meeting notes in the same workspace.

- **Pro, $49/month or $490/year:** unlimited projects and feedback, 10 team members, 10 GB storage, weighted voting by tier, 50 status checks (every minute, 90 days of history), phone alerts for 2 people (100 calls a month), custom status page domain, no Damper branding.
- **Team, $149/month or $1,490/year:** everything in Pro, 25 team members, 50 GB storage, 200 status checks (every 30 seconds, 365 days of history), phone alerts for 10 people (500 calls a month), and the option to require two-factor authentication for the team.
